Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at support@veylixstore.co with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being sent back. The correct return address will be provided after approval.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
